Powers Ridge is a larger condo community with an HOA that handles all the common areas, amenities, and exterior maintenance. Think: landscaping, snow removal, and building exteriors. Your rent includes those HOA fees, so you get full access to everything without any separate bills or assessments.
Reacor handles property management on a select number of units within the community, which means you're working directly with us for leasing, maintenance requests, and anything related to your specific unit.
